Internet Service Provider and eCommerce Solutions company, Destra Corporation Limited makes announcement that BlueFreeway Ltd has acquired its web hosting division ‘Destra Hosting’ for an expected $20 million.

Destra Corporation Limited will get $18 million in cash and the remaining $2 million in BlueFreeway shares including a public float and listing of Blue Freeway on the ASX.

Destra will expend the yielded funds to reinforce destra’s balance sheet and for purchasing profitable digital media businesses, Destra CEO, Domenic Carosa said.
