Mega Hosters, company which offers web hosting services to users, announced that it has purchased Logic Internet, the provider of shared web hosting services in a cash deal.

The company (Mega Hosters) said this acquirement will carry the base of Logic Internet’s clients to their own hosting platform.

Clinton Jendyk, company's President and CEO said the Logic Internet’s clients will take advantage from a dedicated sales team and hold up specialists, an expansive network.

Additionally, Logic customers will benefit from a broader array of services at very affordable rates.

Mega Hosters was started as a web design company in 1999 under the name ‘Neuro Nitrate Web Design.’ The company started its business with a meager 5 servers and has grown-up immensely ever since.
