Now, Picasa Web Albums of Google offer more options for users with a U.S billing address to upgrade.

Earlier there was only single upgrade option i.e., $25 per year for an additional 6GB, but now the new features cater 250GB of storage space available.

Plans are turning costlier, e.g. 25GB - $100 per year, 100GB - $300 per year and 250GB - $500 per year. Picasa Web Albums lets users with upgraded accounts for uploading the videos.
